To register and maintain an account with cvk999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cvk999 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or otherwise on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of cvk999, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by cvk999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

cvk999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and place of residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the cvk999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and for updating it promptly if any details change. cvk999 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cvk999 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorised access.

cvk999 accepts deposits denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however cvk999 reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements to large deposits at its sole discretion.

All deposits are processed in real time. Funds credited to your cvk999 account are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. cvk999 does not charge any processing fee on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees for which cvk999 accepts no responsibility.

cvk999 applies anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures to all deposits. We reserve the right to delay or suspend a deposit pending AML review and to request supporting documentation where appropriate. Deposits made using payment methods that do not match the name on the registered account may be declined or held pending further verification.

Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.

Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact cvk999 support and complete an alternative withdrawal verification process. cvk999 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, bank accounts registered in different names, or payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.

cvk999 reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal request where: (a) the identity or age of the account holder has not been verified; (b) there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or bonus abuse; (c) an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period is in effect; or (d) a withdrawal would result in a negative balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are taken into account.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings.

• Bonus funds must typically be wagered a stated number of times before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, BPL Board, etc.).

• A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been assigned.
• cvk999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred.
• In the event of an event abandonment, applicable rules of the relevant sport will govern settlement. Where no governing rule applies, bets on abandoned events will be voided and stakes returned.
• cvk999 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market at any time without prior notice.
• Winnings from settled sports bets will be credited to your account balance within five (5) minutes of official result confirmation.

Every cvk999 account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools within their account settings:

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily interrupt access to the Platform. cvk999 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

In no circumstance shall cvk999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cvk999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Your data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL and stored on secure servers.

cvk999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirement, unverified identity, or material misrepresentation during registration. Where an account is closed by cvk999 for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited and, at cvk999's discretion, cash balances may be withheld pending investigation.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. cvk999 is committed to resolving disputes with players fairly and efficiently. cvk999 will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
